Endured a heart attack and major surgeries, but I'm still at it. Only Open Water Swimming now.
Very ably supported by my Thai wife, Tip. We are living in Malaysia and I swim to stay healthy.

WEEKLY TOTAL
12.5 hours training time. A good week (because trained less previous week). I'm still fat. Got to stop the peanuts.

It's better to stop/reduce the peanut consumption. It won't do any good to your heel.
My tendon injury is getting so much better now, thanks to constant soaking my legs in the hot water and stretching before I step out of the bed.
Why don't you try it out?
