Weekly total was 7 hours training time. Low especially since Saturday and Sunday were off days.
My tummy is bloating again.
The strategy now is:
1. Sandwiches in the morning made by my wife instead of the convenient nasi lemak. I know nasi lemak is a no no.
2. Yong tau foo for lunch, even though there is no place to sit.
3. More water, less sports drink.
4. Western dinner instead of rice.
