Because of my inactivity, I was happy that Monday was coming.

40 mins on the trainer. The heart rate was 110 to 120 for first 20 mins. Then 130 to 142 for 30 mins. Light resistance but fast turnover.

10 mins hard on the rower, but max heart rate was only 126. So I conclude the rower is useless for working out.
