Sunday is supposed to be THE day. But everyone had gone for a cycling race. Called Dr Tan for a Sunday ride and he was watching the beach at Koh Samui.
SHAH ALAM POOL
Inspired by yesterday's aquarobics, went all the way to Shal Alam pool. Was told the inside pool is only the the Selangor swimmers (not all lanes were used). I saw the crowd in the outside pool, decided to go home. Another wasted trip to Shah Alam pool.
Got home and did 30 mins on the trainer. That was the only workout for Sunday. I need to give my heel a rest.
34 years of endurance sports. Endured a heart attack and major surgeries, but I'm still at it. Only Open Water Swimming now. Very ably supported by my Thai wife, Tip. We are living in Malaysia and I swim to stay healthy.
