Monday after work

Yep, went to the gym again.
45 mins on x-trainer and did the weights.

COULDN'T SLEEP
So Monday was a good day but then I couldn't sleep that night.
1. Did the evening exercise kept me awake?
2. Was it the low cabohydrate dinner (no rice)
3. Something else?

So now, I'm not going to exercise in the evenings.

I slept after 2 a.m. and therefore no workouts on Tuesday.
