Wednesday, back in KL

Woke up at 5.30 a.m., leave the house at 6.10 a.m. At the gym when it opens at 6.30a.m.
45 mins on the X-Trainer only.
100 sit-ups.
40 arm curls.
10 deltoid raise.

I think the strategy is to limit the aerobic workout to 45 mins and do more strength training.
