Endured a heart attack and major surgeries, but I'm still at it. Only Open Water Swimming now.
Very ably supported by my Thai wife, Tip. We are living in Malaysia and I swim to stay healthy.

Gym at 6.30 a.m. 45 mins hard on the X-Trainer 75 sit ups. 20 arm curls 10 deltoid raise 100 leg extensions.
