The heel, a new strategy

I have had heel pain/heel spur/plantar faciitis for coming to 5 years now. Its due to my flat feet, overweight, mileage etc.

At Phuket I brought for reading some advice from e-medicine. One of the rehabilitation excecises is to curl the toes in while the heel is still on the ground. It strengthens the fascia that has lost its elasticity. So now I do it all the time, sitting down, driving, watching t.v. all the time and I think it works.

Hopefully I can run again without surgery.
