Saturday

Gym opens at 7.30, so its not possible to go there before work.
I noticed that I got a headache from two cups of coffee in the morning. I think its because I did not take water as I usually do when I go to the gym in the morning. I recommend everyone to work out in the mornings.

Went to the physio etc and only got home 5.30 p.m. Did about one hour quite hard on the cycle trainer. This is such an important workout, it means I was able to go hard on Sunday. Just cycling once a week on Sundays won't do.
