Gym in the morning again.
One hour on the X-trainer. Didn't feel as good as yesterday.
I'm starting my bad food again. Nasi Lemak (bfast), McDonalds (lunch) and a packet of peanuts at night. Thats why I'm overweight. Cereals and Yong Tau Foo everyday is boring. Now that i have confessed, I hope to eat properly again.
