There was a gathering of athletes on Sunday at S.C.'s house. It is a massive, massive house.
Nice to see fellow athletes that I have not seen a long time, like Don Khor Ngee Leong, Sam Pritchard, CCS and family etc. Made new friends Cecil whose Uncle makes pool tables.
34 years of endurance sports. Endured a heart attack and major surgeries, but I'm still at it. Only Open Water Swimming now. Very ably supported by my Thai wife, Tip. We are living in Malaysia and I swim to stay healthy.
