Went to the gym after work.
Most machines were occupied, so it has to be the treadmill. I try to avoid the treadmill because of my heel injury.
Did 40 mins. 35 mins at 9km/h and 5 mins at 11.1 km/h. I felt light. Then did weights and stretching. Wanted to do squats but the apparatus was occupied. The gym is busy on Mondays.
Looking forward to Thursday, its a public holiday.
