WEEKLY TOTAL

10 hours total training time.
Excludes gym and stetching.

It was actually a very good week. Surprised I could cycle Saturday evening and Sunday morning. My piles is getting better.
Watched my diet quite well. Maybe lost 1 kg past two weeks.

I think the squats at the gym helped me to stand on the pedals when going uphill (secret man).
