Went to the gym, not many people on Tuesdays.
Did 40 mins on trainer at a comfortable pace, since the target for the day was one hr of aerobic workout. Then did 20 mins on the rower. Only managed 6km as against 6.5km normally.
Yahoo, squat machine is free today. So squats and calf raise. I think thats the two key exercises to improvement.
Will probably rest today (Wednesday) and cycle on Thursday with Juoko etc who is here from Finland.
Checked the NZIronman web-site, 4 Msians did the race this yr. Wow, includes AJ and Halim, good for them. Of course Dr Tan is going to Hawaii this yr.
