Monday: Rest
Tuesday: 75 mins trainer
Wednesday: 90 mins trainer + 3km swim after work
Thursday: 86 mins trainer + 5 mins swim
Friday: 1 hr 45 mins trainer
Saturday: 206km bike (too tired to run after)
Sunday: Surprisingly woke up, but late. Did my own run (Petronas + 8 km) whilst everyone else did the NB Pac run. 3 hrs 48 mins including the stops. Slow, don't matter.
Total training hours for the week: 19 hrs 45 mins
