Trainer at home totalling 2 hrs 45 mins easy (not allowed to leave the house)

I was really looking forward to it.
Firstly bloggers were meeting at Pekan Batu 14 at 7.30 a.m.
Then, Joo Ngan was back and my usual group was also meeting same place 7.30 a.m.
As i cycled to the meeting place, I felt the bicycle felt strange, a broken spoke. Called Joo Ngan, I couldn't make it and called the wife to rescue me
34 years of endurance sports. Endured a heart attack and major surgeries, but I'm still at it. Only Open Water Swimming now. Very ably supported by my Thai wife, Tip. We are living in Malaysia and I swim to stay healthy.
