Took Friday off and decided to improve the bicycle at Edwin's.
Spent a total of RM1,500, no discount but Edwin did a marvellous job.
New profile aero bars, shorter stem, new handle bars and fix the headset.
Edwin is able to give excellent advice as he was a National record holder etc. Now, I CAN MAINTAIN THE AERO POSITION. It was previously too far away. Thanks Edwin who is having his wedding reception this 23rd Sep at Menara KL.
34 years of endurance sports. Endured a heart attack and major surgeries, but I'm still at it. Only Open Water Swimming now. Very ably supported by my Thai wife, Tip. We are living in Malaysia and I swim to stay healthy.
