Started at Orang Asli car park. Not that many people as many people were doing the inter-state ride.
I think the Orang Asli car park will be my new regular starting point. We avoid the traffic, its cool and lovely.
The ride to Bentong and back plus three laps of the McDonald hill took a total of 5 hrs. Poor wife following behind in the car. Never again she said...
The climb from Bentong to the roundabout took 1 hr 39 min, 3 mins slower than with Dr Tan and Andy a few days previously.
34 years of endurance sports. Endured a heart attack and major surgeries, but I'm still at it. Only Open Water Swimming now. Very ably supported by my Thai wife, Tip. We are living in Malaysia and I swim to stay healthy.
