Well first lets talk about yesterday. I didn't add to the 20 mins in the morning as I didn't have enough sleep. So no training in evening.
This morning, I did 1 hour on the trainer at home. Still got to office at 8.22 am, way before the required 9 am. I don't feel tired but I don't want to kill myself before Sunday.
Saturday I have to do a swim at Bukit Jalil at 3pm.
Not to fall sick, not to overtrain. Its quite easy to get carried away and make every workout a Personal Best. That is asking for trouble.
