Our thoughts are now all on Langkawi.
For 11 Jan (Wednesday), a recovery day, I swam at my apartment pool before going to work for about 30 mins. Very easy, splashing and stretching.
After work I did a more structured 40 min swim in the apartment pool. I suppose I am lucky to have a pool 5 feet away. Its small with an odd shape, but very well maintained and actually quite nice to swim in.

Went to the gym in the morning. Only 20 mins on the bike for warm up. Thought it was time to do more weights on the legs.
The Plan now is to do more swimming and stationery cycle in preparation for this Sunday. No need to do any more weights.
