Good morning.
Today it was 30 mins stationary bicycle and only 15 mins swim. Sort of a record, did not work out for one hour. Still tired from Sunday I suppose.
I hope the haze goes away before this Sunday.
The heel rehabilitation is going fine. Lots of CALF stretching and icing. I might be ordering a few things from heelspurs.com (foot log, tape and insoles)
