From 1 pm to 2pm.
Its good for evryone and especially good for those with serious injuries. One person (a pretty girl actually) came in a wheel chair. We must be thankful for what we have.
1. it was good for strengthening my broken arm. By keeping one's palm open and trying to move it under water is good strengthening excercise.
2. it relaxes sore legs. I didn't feel my normal groin strain when cycling the next day.
Late lunch (3.30 pm), then dinner at 8. So stomach bloat.
