Same, one hour on X-Trainer.
Its a mind game. Its quite easy to get bored, not wake up. Its important to have positive thoughts and just finish the one hour workout.
I'm not sure what to do on Saturday. To rest for Sunday or do some training. There's the one hr aquarobics at 1 pm. Its important to also do the bicycle trainer as just one ride per week (albeit a long one) is not enough.
