Monday in Phuket

I spent the whole day at the Resort training.

Woke up a bit late, had breakfast then...
2 hours cross trainer at the gym. I was the only person at the Gym/Spa. After the 2 hours the lady said, wow u r strong. That was just the beginning.
Then 2 hours on the stationery bicycle. Did some stretching.
Had lunch of noodle cup and cashew nuts for energy.
Went one hour swimming. Work over then frolicked in the large pool with the wife.
5 hours of actual training time today.
