It is a big budget international race. Many professionals have already been invited, all paid for.

Koh Samui we all hear is a magical location. I have never been there. I am so so excited.

People I know almost certain of doing the Race:

  1. Jocelyn Wong (Professional Triathlete from USA)
  2. Robyn & Daryl Stanley from Darwin.
  3. Sofiantriathlete
  4. Hoo Ching Cheong
  5. Allan Lee (HCC's friend)
  6. Ong Boon Hin
  7. Yap Eng Leong
  8. Kang
  9. Jap Sam
  10. Cheok
  11. Chia & wife
  12. Teoh & wife
  13. Razani from Kota Bharu
  14. Niwat and friends from Golok, Thailand. Its a 7 hours drive for them, then 2.5 hours by ferry.

Malaysian residents we have 11 persons.

Thank you so much Jocelyn Wong.

Wah very interesting distance. And it's during Easter too! Hmm... tempting, but I've made Easter plans already with Li-Ann, and it doesn't involve triathlon. Better stick to it!

It will be magic lah Kevin. So far Hoo Ching Cheong, Ong Boon Hin have done their flights. More will go once the word spreads.

But you will have a long and happy marriage with your commitment to your spouse, albeit less racing ha ha. Joking mah

I read in beyond transition that this is now cancelled :-(
Because of the floods and many of the roads are badly damaged. Hopefully we get a refund.
