Awful Sunday Ride

I suffer from "can't ride in the sunlitis".

How I wish that I was actually at home, that the cars speeding by around Semenyih Dam would take pity on me and give me a lift, that I had instead joined my long time cycling buddies at HOA.

It was uncanny, I felt like my brain was boiling, disoriented, couldn't think. Ice drinks, cold fruits, maggie mee only gave short respite. As soon as there was a little cloud cover, I suddenly felt better.

117km, 4 hrs 57 min. Batu 18 - base of Lenggeng Hill (where I chickened and turned around) - Batu 18.

Next weekend, its going to be just the cool and green HOA.

Monday: Sick, prickly heat.

Tuesday: Feel much better now. Yahoo.
Oh Lord, please forgive me for I have sinned. I had to please a Boss and eat delicious oily mamak food at Kampong Attap. "Put everything Mr Mamak, mix it all up". Even the Police double park at that place.
Swim 2.6km at PADE Shah Alam. The water was very nice.
Wednesday
15 mins trainer in morning. 15 mins swim at PADE after work. PADE is looking good now and not many people.
Thursday
My wife knows how to make home made energy bars after receiving instructions from TTH. Ladies and Gents, this is why they are so good. They eat right. You are as good as what you eat (though 70% of athletic ability is due to genes). They don't eat oily stuff, they make their own healthy cereals and foods. Gosh I can't wait to take my wife to the Mamak at Kg Attap.
So powered by home made bars, I did 90 mins on the trainer in the morning (I start work a bit later today).
Friday
30 mins trainer in the morning.
Tmw: HOA, 7.30 a.m.

Hmm... I'm also guilty of having fast food and sweet stuff too often. Hope it doesn't affect my performance.
