Weekend Round Up

Due to a particular commitment, I hope to only up my training on 9 Dec 2007 (excuses).

FRIDAY

I took leave to do some studying. One hour on the trainer in the morning and another hour in the evening. The pain in the thighs actually goes away after the easy spinning.

SATURDAY - GOLD COAST RIDE

Joined the group to Bagan Lalang.

Its a nice beach, nearer to KL than PD, but hardly anyone there.

The ride was hot, windy, flat and traffic. Its about 47 km one way. Going average speed was 30 km/hr, coming back was only 26km/hr. Struggled coming back. Total meter time was 3 hrs 25 mins.

SUNDAY

Did the double hill 11 km run. Time was 1 hr 8 mins compared to 1 hr 14 min the previous week. Soon I can break the world record.

Not many people at Lake Gardens this time. Mr Chan did have a large group of young triathletes.
