TRAINING
Only ran "double hill" from Lake Gardens. Its 11km but took me 1 hr 14 mins. Well I know what my weakness is.
It must have been the first time I went there in years. It was great to see so many familar pacesetters.
ASIA CUP
It was the Men's Points race (70 laps of the velodrome). A very exciting race. Each country had two cyclists. The Japaneses winner was so strong, he managed to lap everyone at the finish, amazing. Second was Wong Kam Po, he is so skinny, no wonder he could win the Cameron Highlands stage. Third was an Urzbek with 17 pionts. 4th was a MALAYSIAN with also 17 points. Both the Msian boys did well.
