After 6 am I was getting lots of SMSs whether it was raining. Anyway we had breakfast and started from Orang Asli in the rain.
PCC were there, what a great group there are.
The ride was to Bentong and back. Only the second ride ever for Andy to Bentong.
Total was 5 hrs , 107 km. Deduct one hour for coasting down the hills. Climb back was 1 hr 36 min
34 years of endurance sports. Endured a heart attack and major surgeries, but I'm still at it. Only Open Water Swimming now. Very ably supported by my Thai wife, Tip. We are living in Malaysia and I swim to stay healthy.
