I've not been that well past 4 or 5 days. Just a slight cold, but enough to miss training during the long weekend. Should be ok next weekend.
KEEPING GOLDFISH

A few months ago some friends gave us some goldfish, which we kept in a flower pot. When it was my turn to look after them, two actually died, due to overfeeding my me. Don't overfeed fish.
Over the weekend, we went to the pet shop at Desa Pandan and bought a fish tank, filter, anti-chlorine, things to make the water clear, new fishes etc. I think it all came to about RM90. What a cheap hobby. And thereupatic too. One can spend hours just looking at them.
They also have a beautiful Persian Kitty at RM680. That one is really nice.
34 years of endurance sports. Endured a heart attack and major surgeries, but I'm still at it. Only Open Water Swimming now. Very ably supported by my Thai wife, Tip. We are living in Malaysia and I swim to stay healthy.
