Weekly training

Well sort of got the normal routine back. Monday to Friday it was the gym in the morning. Saturday I did nothing. Sunday went to Bentong with Chew. I have put on weight and my times to Gap and everything else was slow. Got back at the shop at 1.40 pm. Before slightly faster. Joo Ngan commented how come I'm still fat. Well its the food intake.
On Friday night, the cycling group went to Eddie's house to celebrate his new born.
