30 mins bicycle in the gym
30 mins continuous swim in the pool. I am just trying to keep moving. The swim is slow.

MY BELOVED
------------------------
They lost 2-1 to Kashima Antlers, I think of Japan.

I want to first scold Astro. Their programme guide said start at 6.55 p.m. But actually started at 5.55 p.m. All the goals were scored in the first half, and I missed it. I understand the Japanese goals were very good long range shots. I won't repeat the same mistake for Saturday's game.

Anyway the second half, it was totally dominated by Man U. There was urgency in the play. However, last season's problem of being unable to score resurfaced. Clear cut gilt edged chances fell to Saha, Park, Ronaldo, Rooney, Ruud but none were converted. The Japanese looked slim and fit. They broke away very fast often getting the ball right in front of Howard but not converting them. They are no longer the side that could put 6 past a weak side.

I wish to express my admiration to the Japanese supporters. Thousands of them were singing and dancing non-stop throughout the second half. The most vociferous I have seen for a friendly game ever. The last two World Cups we have seen that the Japanese really get behind their team by the thousands and they are well behaved. Precisely how football should be appreciated.

WORRY NO.1
Ruud and Rio arguing after the final whistle. Ruud actually kneed an opponent (in retaliation) from behind. Rio apparently gave two fingers to some fans.

WORRY NO.2
Not taking chances again. Against good teams there will only be one or two chances, not 6 or 7. Need to take chances even against weak teams for the points.

Have a nice day.

i think Ruud was arguing with Rio because Rio didnt make a certain pass to Ruud. remember Bowyer-Dyer incident last season? hope it wont happen to Man U laa.

Thank you
One story is Ruud didn't want to play in the last few minutes.
