Its our party day.
Only Joo Ngan, Andy, Chew, Kaneko turned up. But its enough.
Chew, Kaneko and me went to Janda Baik. Met some other cyclists.
It was hot coming back, good.
Whole ride was 114km, 5 hrs.
I have not cycled for two Sundays. Today was quite an effort. Coupled with the fact that I was half watching the FA Cup Final.
Slept in the afternoon.
34 years of endurance sports. Endured a heart attack and major surgeries, but I'm still at it. Only Open Water Swimming now. Very ably supported by my Thai wife, Tip. We are living in Malaysia and I swim to stay healthy.
