Yes thats right, no training at all on a Sunday.
EXCUSES
1. Busy on Saturday doing household errands. Went visiting till night which I never do.
2. It was wet and slightly drizzling on Sunday morning. Called Chew who was on the way, and we both agreed to cancel the ride.
34 years of endurance sports. Endured a heart attack and major surgeries, but I'm still at it. Only Open Water Swimming now. Very ably supported by my Thai wife, Tip. We are living in Malaysia and I swim to stay healthy.
