Thursday was a public holiday, however only Chew and me came.
We went to Janda Baik. We saw very few other cyclists unlike on Sundays where there are lots like a traffic jam. The road to Genting Sempah had a lot of lorries though. They are huge, it spoils the road. I hope they are not around on Sundays.
Chew was quite a gentleman this time / lately. He waited for me at the top of all hills. And, I pulled him on all flats.
It was a good ride. All in 114km taking me 4 hrs 45 mins.
Janda Baik and Genting Sempah area must be one of the best rides in the world...Thick trees etc.
34 years of endurance sports. Endured a heart attack and major surgeries, but I'm still at it. Only Open Water Swimming now. Very ably supported by my Thai wife, Tip. We are living in Malaysia and I swim to stay healthy.
