34 years of endurance sports. Endured a heart attack and major surgeries, but I'm still at it. Only Open Water Swimming now. Very ably supported by my Thai wife, Tip. We are living in Malaysia and I swim to stay healthy.

I think we are only patriotic when overseas, ha ha.
I did 4hr 18min at Perth in Aug 2010.
In 1986 (25 years ago) I think, I did 3hr 34 min at the KL Marathon. I think the road in KL all downhill that time, ha ha.
