Training Diary, 9 weeks to IMWA & 3 weeks to LDWC

Saturday: 30 mins trainer
Sunday: 70.3. 7 hrs 3 mins
Monday & Tuesday: Nothing - thighs, feet all sore.
Wednesday: 45 mins on trainer before work.
Thursday: 50 mins on trainer before work.
Friday: 35 mins trainer morning. 60 mins swim
