My last three Ironman took me about 16 hrs 50 mins. The cut off at Busselton is 11.15pm. I expect to finish at 11 pm (some wishful thinking there). That would be 10 pm Malaysian time.

You can do it! Otherwise, you swim back from Perth to JB, cycle JB-Sepang then run Sepang-KL. Then next year you'll be more than ready!!! Hahaha...
