I now swimming at Bukit Jalil because of the motivation there.
Many triathletes, old friends are being coached there four times a week (RM 180 for 3 months). I swim on my own.
I now enjoy very much swimming there.

Going to Fuzhou today (Wednesday) , coming back Tuesday. All take care
34 years of endurance sports. Endured a heart attack and major surgeries, but I'm still at it. Only Open Water Swimming now. Very ably supported by my Thai wife, Tip. We are living in Malaysia and I swim to stay healthy.

To avoid such a tragedy happening again, and for the salvation of our children, we are doing a worldwide campaign, displaying the image of NURIN JAZLIN JAZIMIN in blogs all over the world on 25th April 2008. Let's not forget NURIN JAZLIN.
