MAN UNITED ARE BACK IN THE GROOVE
I have resisted from posting about Man U as it might bore some people. Winning the league last year, beating Chelsea, in such entertaining style gave me so much satisfaction but I didn't blog about it.
And now, after watching the second half performance against Wigan FOUR TIMES, I can confidently say, Man U are back in the groove.
Initially it didn't look good, Saha was injured during the warm up, hard as nails Vidic had a concussion, OShea got injured. Ten players in total were injured.
Simpson (who?) came in at right back, naughty Anderson was in midfield, Pique was centre back. It didn't look good at all.
But in the last five minutes of the first half, Utd were moving the ball around very quickly. The whole of the second half United moved the ball around very well. It has to be quick accurate passes. Other teams can't live with it.
Pique was cool at the back (what a pass to Rooney for Ronaldo's tap in). Danny Simpson was lively with his overlapping runs, what a cross for Rooney's goal. Anderson was the revelation to me. Such quick accurate passes to Ronaldo, Tevez and Rooney. Has lots of energy, always running around. Tackles cleanly. Mark my words, he is United's future.
In Ronaldo we have a genuine claim for the best and most entertaining player in the world.
United are back.

But what about the other United? The real deal United - Leeds United, still undefeated this season and rising up the table rapidly eventhough they were docked 15 points before the season even started!
