Awea is leaving today (Wednesday) for the Duathlon World Championship at Richmond, Virginia. Apparently there is a new rule which requires all pros to wear one piece suits without zips. If you have a zip, it must be clipped. Well now you know.
Ng Joo Ngan is back in town but will be leaving shortly again for Kunming, China with the Track cycling team. He will be away for one month again. So visit him now.
A Chrissie Wellington from Britain is the new Women Hawaii World Champion. Our Dr Fiona Lim did a very good 13 hrs 20 mins.
34 years of endurance sports. Endured a heart attack and major surgeries, but I'm still at it. Only Open Water Swimming now. Very ably supported by my Thai wife, Tip. We are living in Malaysia and I swim to stay healthy.
