34 years of endurance sports. Endured a heart attack and major surgeries, but I'm still at it. Only Open Water Swimming now. Very ably supported by my Thai wife, Tip. We are living in Malaysia and I swim to stay healthy.

Old Bentong Road
Cycled down the old Bentong Road on Merdeka Day with Chew. The road is in SUPERB CONDITION. Saw quite a few other cyclists going down the road which does not normally happen. I would say the Genting Sempah area (from Orang Asli Hospital all the way to Bentong T junction) is the loveliest ride around KL.
